20% ROI at Royal Ascot and lots more inside!

Yesterday’s Royal Ascot meeting brought the live posting I have been doing into a nice profit, with a return on investment of 20% for the day.

You can see how it went here.

I am not able to do the live posts today as I am at a memorial service. Instead, I have already gone through the cards and you can head here to find my thoughts on the final meeting at Royal Ascot.

Please bear in mind that without being available during the day, I am unable to know how the going is at Ascot. My analysis has been done based on it being soft, if it changes then make sure you double check your selections!

If you are like me then at some point you will have suffered from the problem of tweaking strategies. Have you ever had a strategy that has made you a profit, only to change it and make it worse?

If you have, then you are not alone. It is part of human nature to want to try and do better than we are already doing. I still have to fight against doing it myself.

In fact, tweaking with profitable strategies is probably one of the worst things that you can do. And here is why.

As always, I am pleased to hear from Race Advisor readers who are doing well. One reader has been sending me his selections for the last three months and has decided to release a tipping service!

They have been doing exceptionally well and so I have no problem in recommending them. He isn’t opening the doors until next week, but you can find out more and pre-register here.

I have heard that he may have persuaded another tipster to give you his selections free as a bonus as well!

Have a great days racing and I hope that the last day of Ascot is a profitable one for you.

All the best,

Michael

Michael started the Race Advisor in 2009 to help bettors become long-term profitable. After writing hundreds of articles I started to build software that contained my personal ratings. The Race Advisor has more factors for UK horse racing than any other site, and we pride ourselves on creating tools and strategies that are unique, and allow you to make a long-term profit without the need for tipsters.
