Newmarket (July) 2012 – Day 3 (we made an 82% profit yesterday!)

After struggling on the first day of Newmarket, we certainly came back with a bang yesterday. I hope that you were following us, because we made an 82% profit!

That would have been £65 to £10 bets or £650 to £100 bets. In fact, there was only one race that we didn’t get the winner or place on.

I am hoping that we will be able to continue that trend today in the final day of the festival.

Find out who I will be betting on here. Don’t forget to let me know who you are going to be betting on by leaving a comment.

This weeks blog post was all about class in horse racing. Class is something that is almost impossible to define. If we can’t define it, then how can we measure it?

That is a good question, and one that every serious punter should regularly ask themselves.

The British Handicapping Association attempt to define it by using official ratings, and only allowing certain horses to take part in certain races.

Knowing how this works can be key in finding a profit. In fact, it is possible to make a profit with just this information!

How?

Because they have to have fixed boundaries. Horses do not!

Want to find out more, then read my article all about it.

I shall look forward to seeing what you think.

All the best,

Michael
