It sounds insane, but this actually happened.
The hungry donkey, whose name is Vitus, began gnawing the orange McLaren after it was parked beside his enclosure in Germany.
Vitus the donkey caused more than £5,000 of damage – and the car owner hit the roof.
And last week, a court ordered the donkey’s keeper to pay up.
I mean, if you don’t want your big orange car that looks like a giant carrot to be eaten, don’t park it next to a donkey!
Common sense, right?
